This poster makes all the sense in the world.

The old CEO is no longer involved. There is no proof that he is but there is proof that he is not per the SEC filing.

If the SEC had an issue with this and thought it was an incorrect 8k then they would investigated it. They have not because they see nothing incorrect about the discloser that the old CEO is gone.

The old CEO is not responding to anyone because he has nothing to do with the company anymore. It is not a guts issue.

I think people should move on. The stock crashed because of Joe Collins lied about the old CEO being fired and about making incorrect discloure in SEC filings. The proof is that he was never fired and there was never any false filings because the SEC never had an issue with this company. Everything Collins said has been proven a lie.

Then Collins left and destroyed another company symbol URBT. That is another fact. 100% proof of this.

While Collins was attacking the company people jumped on the band wagon as people love to do and joined the attack. Before Collins this company was successful and performed well for 8 years.

These are simple facts that nobody can find to be untrue.
