Auditors only review the info they recieve..private non reporting shells like Greenpay and SG give very little if any info to auditors..why no attorneys letter..why is this ticker still listed as PL hmmmm..it's PUBLIC RECORD THAT EDS NAME IS ON THAT DEED..can't excuse it away he stole 1 million dollars from shareholders then borrowed a million from a TOXIC LENDER..PLAIN AND SIMPLE
