Then by your own statement there should be no reason for you to stay invested here IMO.

From my perspective however and having built a successful company myself, I see it as a passionate CEO whom has devoted his time , effort and money to:

1.) Purchase the distribution rights for the USA launch of "Last Shot"

2.) Sign equity partner Timbaland whom is a multi Grammy winning and TV hit show producer.

3.) Ink a deal with one of the largest hotel conglomerates in the Las Vegas area.
