That's right they should not have had to raise money when they did...it's an absolute sick and corrupt joke that 2 years and 8 months after already receiving full and tentative approval on ALL their FocalinXR strengths...the FDA continues to not approve all their additional FocalinXR strengths.

It's over 1 full calendar year since the FDA made IPCI and PAR do the new BE studies...there's no excuse for the ongoing hogwash delay to approval other than blatant corruption in the FDA's generics division continues unabated
