This stock has been heavily shorted if you look at the OTC short report... I also believe the 3's have been heavily shorted as well which explains why the wall was put up at .0004

The few sells into the 2's are being done to induce retail to panic and sell allowing them to cover their open position

Much of this is being done today due to the anticipation of upcoming news

All in my opinion...but that's what it looks like to me
