Nor really. I understand spreading the risk. I'm wondering more like how MXXR/Catherine? gets the op to join a JV in what looks like an almost slam dunk well. Same with the other properties. Aren't there others who would jump at the chance to buy into the huge potentialities? How did MXXR find out about these opportunities?
I would assume that there are channels that guide interested investors to oil and gas and even gold projects but I'm wondering if MXXR has a special connection or special expertise in any of these areas.
From another direction, why are these opportunities still available to companies like MXXR?
Anyway, just wondering how they got involved...that's all.
