Yep, Petey needs to hype HPNN.....They just lost as court case and the judge's comment has uncovered the serious civil fraud that Peter was found liable for. The honorable judge's comment about Peter Michaels using the cash to help fund his lifestyle instead of putting on the company books might also draw IRS scrutiny, IMO.
Isn't that what contributed to the 3 felonies he already has on his (the CEO of Hop-On) record?
Should Petey really be allowed to be an officer of a publicly traded company? After reading the top sticky about the civil fraud judgment against Peter Michaels and Hop-On, I'm not so sure he should.

Plus, Hop-On has a judgment to pay + reasonable attorney fees.
