Anyone can be a decent person. But if you are running a company you have a responsibility to keep your investors informed, stop putting out PR of things that may happen way in the future and be held accountable for poor performance.

How many things has Vanis stayed that have not come true ? Could the progress be held under lock and key? Sure but his actions shows creating the buzz in order to sell diluting shares.

The randomness of product and direction really does show his inability to have a cohesive plan and be able to execute on it.

We have a few formulas and what not but we don't see anything being manufactured or selling.

Sooooo. Again Vanis may be a decent guy but running a business is not his strong point from this last years activities.
