KarinCA, with regards to complaining to the NY Attorney General, what I did was go on to the AG website. The AG is Eric Schneiderman. There is an on-line complaint forms page with options for different subject matters. I chose the complaint form that goes directly to The Attorney General to submit my complaint in. The complaint was referred to the bureau of investor protections ( something to that effect). In any event When I get a chance I will post the address and contact handling the complaint. Along with the reference number and matter id. Yes a file has been created called "Short and Distort" for CTIX. I believe it will be very effective for shareholders to submit complaints directly through the website to Eric Schneiderman. (Spelling?) In addition written letters referencing the file reference number can be directly mailed to the bureau. I only get 3 posts a day. Go CTIX!
