Here's what I've been told. If someone can confirm. The volume wee see is shres returned from BCAP . Instead of cancelling them, EXAD is transferring them to large shareholders. And, the threshold of 8M is important cause it's just under the obligation of divulgation of 5%.

If, I repeat IF, it's true, we should pop soon
