Ed statements are accurate. Sierra Global is worldwide, is a holding company, the patent sub-license goes with GreenPay aka MJ Pay.

I don't have a problem with Ed using the investment properties belonging to other entities as a home and/or office. As you know, Sierra owns the bank account and has limited rights to the GreenPay name.

Offshore tax havens are used by many. I'm comfortable knowing the laws of Nevis are protective for everyone and ideally suited for Ed's strategic plans.

I'm thankful the auditors have reviewed and dismissed the nutjob's faux issues, and signed off on the financials.
