What do you think they missed or vastly underestimated?

Our target price is derived using a multiple of earnings ratio of 15x applied to 2016 earnings per share. Based on our revisions to the model, we increase our target price from C$0.65 to C$0.85 per share, and maintain our Buy rating.

I believe there are more instances of the abridgement of freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments by those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.
