Apparently not many retail shareholders left willing to dump at this levels so you are right on pushing the tic higher but any serious accumultion at these levels could take years!...lol
What happens when the cease order ends? JW and friends can dump or is Calentine waiting for an injunction to recoup or suspend the shares. The late filing manuvour may be assisting the company in it's pursuit efforts of JW and friends. Frankly I expected to see just such a PR prior to earnings release as it would more difficult to recoup the cash later. Furthermore we have to factor these legal costs on top of current debt loads.
Sure would be nice to read the details of this saga and move on.
