SAN DIEGO, May 22, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The Majestic Companies, Ltd., (OTC Bulletin Board: MJXC) announced today that their new SAFE-T-GARD product for school buses is on a fast track towards producing revenue for the Company, and is currently being considered for use in at least eight states. In the less than one month since the debut of the SAFE-T-GARD at a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Washington DC, senior marketing representatives from the Company have been in discussions with district or state level transportation directors in: New Jersey, Virginia, Florida, Texas, Michigan, California, Georgia and Arizona regarding the adoption of the new safety enhancing product for school buses.

The SAFE-T-GARD is an innovative and patented safety product that has been designed to reduce injuries and fatalities as a result of children in the loading zone being run over by the rear wheels of a school bus. On May 10, 2001, The Majestic Companies, Ltd. announced the signing of a five year master distributorship agreement with Isotec, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of World AM Communications, (OTC Bulletin Board: WLDI) to market their line of 'Transparent Security' surveillance and weapons control systems to all schools nationwide, and an exclusive master distributorship agreement to market Isotec, Inc.'s line of products to all schools, universities, and learning facilities within the state of California.
