SR~pdh53 hello.Several things to say in response.Firstly though I would like to point out what happened after my 5/2 DD post revealed their errors and how they just slide away to comment on other aspects without admitting that their posts and DD and phony lawyer letter are all bogus.That being said:
1)-I have much experience in dealing with 'the resistance'. Computer power like you would not believe is at their disposal.For example,would you believe if I told you that 'they' altered NVSOS(Nevada Secratary of State) website to show a different Authorized share count_?___IDGC). You clicked on the web-site as normal,but guess what,the phony page came up. It sure did. It lasted about an hour. After desired spike in SP it disappeared.I contacted the NVSOS and they knew nothing about it.So these things I remember.Whatever was done to create the phony lawyer Email contact is plausable to me. I didn't argue. I just showed what is current information_&_what is criminal for a lawyer to comment on a on-going case.You also can call FINRA hotline to tell them your story and ask them questions. That is what they are there for.
2)You are right at the correct 'door'. I ask that you do not share.
3)It is the wording that is so unusual.That attracted me to make a speculation buy&hold play at ARIOQ.
4)the good DD of about 4/28 amended plan of reorganization was taken away from ARIOQ intro page.At best I can say that our shares fall in the class of new shares and have value.
5) attacks_&_deliniations are par for the course. Shocking to find out the volume of 'resistance'_but_now we know. I imagine that even a favorable outcome to me will not stop the opposition.
6)locking your shares means: putting them up for sale at a distant price so the shares cannot be borrowed to short with.
7) never retaliate or public reply,but it surely is 'board wars'. Float like a butterfly,sting like a bee.Unfortunately FINRA_&_the SEC cannot respond near fast enough. Email contact with them to cut_&_paste is the closest I can come in getting their responses posted. AND GUESS WHAT GETS BONKED-yep.
8)In the end this is their territory.I do not advocate being dis-rectful_or_name calling back.Their neighborhood. Even if 'A Little Shop of Horrors' comes to mind. suprise_!_ It is what it is,and surely the shame of it all.
9) As one poster pointed out,a buy-out is possible.It ain't over 'till its' over_!$$$!_
