Somehow the amount of dilution that will be needed to keep ERHC in the game is always left out of the equation by a few. Just like the prediction that ERHC wouldn't issue additional toxic debt because they "learned their lesson" has already been proven false. IRS lien plus paying their share of current drilling, let's see, $4 million divided by .026/share, that takes the share count to the 200 million mark just for starters. Still think this is going to $5? Not bloody likely imo. ERHC will leap at any offer in the .50 - $1 range.
