What has happened to our Profile Pictures that used to be displayed on our Posts either PC or Mobile Based?

We used to see this and it was helpful in quickly seeing the Posts that one wanted to notice quickly and read.

Also, I noticed that I just had to re-set my Profile Picture and re-size and re-crop it. Was this the cause of the Picture on the Post issue?
