I think he is referring to the difference of reduced greenhouse gas emissions stated in both documents... In 2011, using the cooking oil biofuel for one year would be equivalent of taking 64,000 cars off the road....in 2016, using The new biofuel based isobutanol for one year would be equivalent of taking 30,000 cars off the road.. That's the only difference I see.. Also , 2011 document states a 20% biofuel blend for one year and the 2016 document states 20% of its entire fuel supply for one year ...
Keep in mind, cars produced today have better emissions then cars in 2011 and with the growing numbers of hybrids on the road Will also play factor to their estimates
