This is BS..Greenpay was formed as a shell by a shareholder and sold to Ed and MYEC for a shit load of shares..then A monster PUMP was executed and this went to 08..the nothing g ever came of it..Green Pay AND Sierra Global are simply shells for Ed to do his dirty work that is all..MYEC was only RESTARTED to sell shares..that's why Ed issued himself 3 billion Shares on day ONE..to Sell..to by his Cabin in Tahoe and now apparently a house in Hawaii..this has ZERO to do with processing checks or a check processing Patent...that money used for those homes could have been used for the company instead of taking toxic loans..now that AS is higher..what a POS this CEO is..to MANY RED FLAGS here buyer beware...
