Wow! Congratulations and thanks for the post Paul! Glad you took the plunge. I love reading messages like yours.

As the economy in general does worse we may in fact profit off the madness but at least we will be in a position to help others and rebuild with capital, compassion, and common sense when the opportunity arises. Remember that you can help no one if you are standing in the bread lines yourself.
