As I stated and everyone on this board agrees. FBAR had never denied any permit to SFRX. also further no oneone can disagree with the fact that there are permits pending.

So why don't we have the permit yet? Great question. I can assume it has something very real to do with the fact that FBAR is very busy. Is that an excuse. I don't think so but I am sure SFRX is doing everything in its power to complete the permit. Why wouldn't they.

You have read lots of hype about the last deposition. Now what do you read about it? In my opinion the deposition proved the fact that SFRX has valid finincials and valid permits AND pending permits. So if I was a fly on the wall j would not be to intimidated. Especially if the defense "helper" is a twice barred attorney on felony probation.

I sell insurance and have questions regularly to other agents and sometimes my wording is rushed or misinterpreted. I think we all have had mistakes in wording. Not that that is an excuse if some wants to manipulate that comment. However if we knew 2600 pages of email and "written word" were going to be read with a fine tooth comb MAYBE I would proofread more. Just sayin.

In my opinion most of the bashing on this stock has to do more with the defense trying to defend themselves. Because as if right now FBAR has not denied any permits. Has worked with KYLE with some wording issues. Those issues are years old and have not effected the current future of stock.

For example the three items. Is the state asking questions about them? Nope. So who cares. The wording using "treasure". We use that word all the time. Is that a good description although may not be the correct terminology. Sure maybe. Either way if it was not brought up on boards by NON shareholders would it ever be brought up? I highly doubt it.

Have faith in SFRX I do and good things will come in the near future. It's been over 300 years since some "treasure" ships have been underwater. It could be anytime now they are discovered.
