Kipping introduced and basically rescued a bankrupt Malak/Digifonica to Chang/VoIP-pal.
Kipping financed the first 5 Patents.
Kipping and Co. Was responsible for close to 2.2million in financing.
When Kipping no longer supported VPLM the stock was in the area of 20 cents.
He is still a major shareholder and would like to see his investment succeed....only a fool would not correct?
We have reviewed all that is available and in our opinion there is no other shareholder that has done more to help VoIP-pal succeed than Kipping.
He will fight for what is owed to himself and his company,shareholders,friends and family and to expose those who have conspired/lied/stolen from same.
This is our opinion and we too look forward to Kipping's day in court!
