[I Need Help]

From my layman's understanding, the acts by law firms trolling for clients is a business model; wherein, most firms use marketing and connections to gain clients who are then aggregated to a single law firm for litigation. Most law firms have no intention to litigate, they intend to sell their client's case(s) to the one litigating law firm. My guess is that Rosen gets most cases that it files, other law firms just feed them clients.

Also likely that certain law firms have specific specialties. Rosen has been quite busy in the corporate liability arena. Most likely, other law firms demur to the one with the best expertise in the area of law involved.
