In two weeks they went from owning $90K of notes converting at $.338 a share to owning $850,000K worth of notes converting at $.338 a share, and they put in no new money of their own. They just dumped their old note on the back of a PR saying the solar cell was about to be commercialized and got a new one with the proceeds.
So tell me again how this was good for shareholders? Nelson didn't seek the best terms for shareholders because he is more interested in making those people rich than common shareholders.
