I did a little checking on that possibility, but came up with an answer of, most likely no. Perhaps that would be a good vein to explore in an article. Why isn't Rosen negligent for not verifying something which is protected on the basis that it opinion only, but they are allowed to use it as the basis of a suit that effected shareholders to the tune of roughly $100 million dollars. Talk about yelling " fire" in a crowded theater.
