He's a known and convicted fraudster, having been sued for this exact thing, that just happens to be targeting a small cap before they launch the biggest deal of its life. Hmmmmmmmmm.

Ockham's razor in effect, known fraudsters commit, fraud. Kenneth is the leader of the pack. Couple him with a couple disgruntled employees who were released and you have what we are seeing, a frivolous bullshit lawsuit, i.e. Extortion scheme.
