I really feel bad for investors who bought at .0007 and were told .0007 was the bottom in that last spike that was based on nothing going on and no ACTL news. All false ACTL info. Now all are stuck. Mega dilution in play. DD shows 10 billion A/S and nothing from the company, except they admit they need 10 billion shares to cover all the toxic debt on ACTL's books. Their office is a UPS PO box. It's a POS scam.
