Thanks Exlud. You most likely are on the right track. It may be to prevent sharing info that would help lead competitors to a better understanding of their product construction, timing of product releases, or one of many company strategy's that would help their competition to be more competitive.


I certainly do not think it is for purpose of deception or to conceal negative information of some kind. That would contradict the very purpose of filing!
