Not what he is saying. I believe he is just using them as a reference candidate for a buyout and that they could easily buy ELTP with their pps. Not going to put words in anyone's mouth. I have to disagree with N2K also. Not taking a buyout and up listing to nasdaq is worth the time if NH is not planning on selling. I do agree after approval and they want to become a buy out candidate then yes proof of concept is complete. Sell the company and forget Nasdaq listing. The right price anything is for sale. LOL just about!
