But when I am talking about that shady deal, it was to the benefit of the people who dumped their tiny p-note, not the Sunworks people.

Abe and the people at SUNworks got a small amount of cash, but the people who provided the cash (by dumping nearly free shares on the market days before) got the option to buy millions of shares at a 85% discount to market price and have been gradually dumping since then.
