Processing hemp at Spring Hope very unclear. 2020 if everything goes well.

2016: no hemp
2017: test plots
2018: expanded test plots
2019: small commercial crop
2020: potential need for multi million dollar facility

Am I wrong on this point? This is not bashing fyi bringing up a question.

Can you provide a valid point otherwise?
