World Am Reverse Split~11/30/00

WESTMINSTER, Colo., Nov 30, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- World Am Communications, Inc., a Florida Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: WLDC), has notified the NASD that the Company is effectuating a reverse-split of its common stock at a ratio of 30-to-1.


The Company released the following statement:

"World Am Communications will enact a 30-to-1 reverse split of all the Corporation's outstanding and issued stock effective December 1, 2000. As of November 30, 2000, the Corporation has 65,418,299 shares of its Common Stock issued and outstanding. After a 30-to-1 reverse split, the Corporation will have 2,180,610 shares of its Common Stock issued and outstanding."


A new symbol (WLDI, cusip No. 98142E) is being issued to the Company.
