hwllo, to compare with ESPIQ...

It is still very premature here with ESPIQ. Right now, there hasn't been anything filed within the Pacer database to justify any kind of move or recovery for ESPIQ:

I am here mainly because of "hope" and because usually when such a very low share structure exist as like what is here with ESPIQ, they usually allow the common shares to remain intact. I have no confirmation, for now, one way or the other. I think it's key to know that the odds are usually not in shareholder's favor for a positive recovery, but with this high risk could bring high rewards.

Your mention of VRLMQ going from .0001 to $20 in few days is a good example, but ESPIQ has to file something within the courts to justify any kind of move or positive recovery. VRLMQ had huge support to come in to save the day from what I can recall when Oracle Investment Management came in to invest quite a few millions of dollars and buying shares of the company. There is still a strong chance that something positive could happen from this Chapter 11 BK or why would they had just filed Chapter 7 BK instead to just shut it down?
