Actually they CAN'T. Hospitals are comprised of doctors,
who rely on peer-reviewed literature in making their assessments,
and the NEWSFLASH is that there are DROVES of peer-reviewed studies
out there indicating they know a whole lotta D*KK about the validity
of any metric. SURE, some doctors write those peer-reviewed articles, but
in a field where there is no consensus, at the very least, one article or
hospital's position won't mean diddly. Even if you were right and thats
what they are doing, any attorney with a CLUE will have an absolute field
day shredding the test's results. Smells like mistake #78653289746032 is
a-brewing.
