Unlimited shares at 1.9-1.96. Sellers just keep coming up on the ask. Could be shorting. Sure looks to me like the flicharge thing will be a smaller business than i anticipated they are hoping to flip the patents. So imho that is only costing us, not going to generate profits unless they can flip he patents. The 600 patents might be worth $10M in profits over the next 10 years imho. Thats miniscule and not enough to offset the expenses. And group mobile could churn the $50M in revenue but i bet its profitless and won't offset the expenses. IMHO the cash will dwindle. They have a great story with flicharge i thinks its time to raise cash. Rainmaker says no, thats his opinion, but i am very confident its coming. I am long shares and will sell on the next spike. All imho my crystal ball has been 100% on so far.
