That was a fair analysis.....

Two things bother me: One Paul was not up front with his investors (nobody likes a ceo who is not transparent).
Two there is no communication with shareholders.He said he would communicate more with his investors ... He cant even follow through on that promise..Needless to say he has poor management skills and cant be trusted even with simple things!
