Just tell me this, if it is so easy to get loans for a startup, why does shark tank exist? Please explain

And what is the first question ever asked by the sharks? "Why do you need us?" AKA, "Why can't you get conventional money?"

Here's a better question: Why can't Nate even find any loan sharks?
