IMO, prior to the last announcment, a great manager would have make sure there was a good support on the bid. With the current free float, I would expect at least 10M at 0,003-0,004. CEO shows he does not have much support around him. It's dangerous.

Real daily volume, excluding real and false cross-trade, is very thin for a share price at this level
