4. Causes of availability
• Family businesses that want liquidity and retirement
• Owners that want to relieve working capital investments in businesses
• Businesses that experience difficult circumstances and would like to use the
leverage of our platform to stabilize their company’s sales decline
• Lack of sourcing relationships
• Lack of critical mass
• Lack of relationships with major retailers
