Two quick questions.... in Nevada their registered agent resigned so can you please show us a link to who their current registered agent is? Here is the link showing their registered agent resigned the day after Lisa left and no agent has taken over.

In WA. State here is the link showing their business license shows the license was closed and it actually shows the business address as being Lisa's home address.Just type in "world Moto" in the company name part.

So they need a business license to get the audits completed, they have not announced ANYONE to be the financial officer which is needed in order to sign off on the audits along with Paul (that's the law), and when they do they have 4 days in which to file an 8k announcing the change. That's the law too.

In fact for ALL material events an 8k is required..... the silence is deafening.....
