No he can't. The Bureau of Prisons has a hard and fast rule that NO BUSINESS can be conducted while in Federal prison - no communications related to business, and that even includes placing an order to sell personal stock.

Once in prison, Marty's yappings will be CONfined to inside the walls of the prison. If he getts caught CONducting ANY business or making business-related statements, he will first have his privileges removed. A second occurrence getts him Administrative Segregation (solitary). A third violation of the rule getts him moved to another prison. A fourth offense getts him put in a Medium level prison and losing all his visitation (except for his lawyer) and all of his communication will be pre-approved by the unit admins (except legal correspondence).
