"21ZNA9?" SEC comment letters are normal, they do not mean an investigation is under way. If they did, I guess the SEC plans to suspend AMZN, they sent them a comment letter in 2012. Amazons suspension must be coming any day now. Also Facebook received comment letters. Twitter and Microsoft have as well. There must be a suspension coming to the whole market.


Microsoft SEC comment Letter. Uh Oh Microsoft is going down for fraud. Looks like they disclosed something on their CC that wasnt referenced properly in their filings.
"We note your discussion regarding your strategic partnership with Microsoft and SAP in your Q4 2012 and Q1 2013 earnings conference calls held February 12, 2013 and May 2, 2013, respectively. Please provide in your response, and include in future filings, a discussion of the material terms of your material agreements with such strategic partners.
