Anyone know what the rules are for former insiders (like Clayton) on unloading shares?
I believe that they can sell without any company reporting as long as their stock is not restricted and if the don't own 10% or more of the company. So CC can unload without notification. Johnston will have to be bit more creative but since he's such a genius I'm sure he'll find a way.
