Would you please provide those "agreements" you speak of?

I do know JNJ just acquired Vogue for something like 3.3 billion and I believe it was cash.

This little company is in hair care products.

So a cutting edge ophthalmology BioMEMS company like EPGL is just too small?; however JNJ wants first rights, for some contact lens technology EPGL supposedly possess, for some insane reason.
