The problem with that statement from the PR is that today is not the same time as the PR, so "at this time" does not mean anything.

Meanwhile, the transfer agent is gagged to acquisition of an independently verified as accurate share structure is not possible.

Because it is not possible for shareholders to accurately know the what the share structure really is, and it is unknown what criteria Adrian would use to decide that it was necessary to execute a R/S, some concerns about the possibility of a R/S will continue to be raised on forums like this one.
