If you were CEO and these numbers are at your table.
a. Would you do the math and file for bankruptcy?
b. Would you make all these extra expences to file a 10K this bad?
c. Would you have a strong believe that the cards in your sleeve will pull you out of this selvemade mess?

not one word about Africa
not one word about new cashflows...
