I had emailed Klean several times the end of April and beginning of May. On May 2, he finally emailed back. I was asking if they were still intending to become a public company and what there ticker was going to be. He basically said and I quote "In our news items you will note many mentions of our company becoming a listed company very shortly"
That is basically all I got from him. He also did say that they were inundated with requests.
