Exactly WRONG! The MOU is binding where the LOI is not and that is why SCAMS use the LOI so often.

MOU are usually used AFTER companies have done their DD and are LEGALLY COMMITTING to an agreement.

DD Folks! Don't get caught up in the LOI fluff that plagues the OTC.
