What good would BLTA buying/ leasing a plane do?;


-The FAA has taken the position that the Company is not properly or adequately equipped or to conduct safe operations.

-The USDOT will not approve BLTA for financial worthiness and they no longer have the non-stop route to St. Petersburg.

-Most importantly BLTA can no longer fund the company by illegally selling millions worth of discounted stock and no other type of funding is available while nasty convertible notes are quickly becoming due. Simply giving $$$ to BLTA without a guarantee of return at this point is throwing money away.
