Sooo the other company (SFRX) leaked the fact that the defendant is using a TWICE disbarred attorney CURRENTLY ON FELONY PROBATION for stealing thousands and thousands of dollars to defend the defendant. That is supposed to be just written off as convicts occasionally defend other convicts. WOW.

As far as I see it you can spin whatever you want but you CAN NOT tell me that these statements are false.. Can anyone?

SFRX has current permits AND pending permits from the state. So whatever is said about SFRX about the past is fine. BUT they have a hell of a future.

SFRX had not been denied the permit that we are all waiting for and will receive!

FBAR has never accused SFRX of using blowers or violating any permit!

I have been a shareholder for close to two years and I do not see how these 3 items are revelant to SFRX future. I see them getting the permits needed as they followed the trail, AND no need to go backwards to advancing previous permits to a recovery or salvage status. They have moved on AND have pending permits.

There is continued accusations of a SEC investigations.. However there is not ANY investigation by the SEC. Some may hope their is one but I hope I win the lottery too. That does not mean it will ever happen.

Some people on these boards have made good points. Points that could be true. However kicking a dead horse will not make the answers come out of nowhere. All I am saying as certain items seem to be brought up daily with no answers. How many times does a question need to be asked before a point is made. 3 times 5 times. I am sure 100's of times might be overkill. Just sayin
